SEO audits in the ElevaRank plugin
Running an SEO audit is beneficial for SEO: it shows you exactly what's wrong across your whole site, so you can fix it before search engines and AI tools penalize you. The audit is free, uses no AI, and every suggested fix is yours to approve.
Why audit your site?
Most sites quietly lose rankings to small, fixable problems — missing meta descriptions, images without alt text, thin pages, duplicate H1s, missing internal links. ElevaRank scans every published post and page so you can fix them all in one place instead of clicking through them one by one.
What the audit checks
- Missing or weak meta titles and descriptions.
- Images without alt text.
- Thin content — pages with too little to rank.
- Multiple H1 headings on one page.
- Missing internal links.
- Overly long slugs.
- Unpublished article/FAQ schema, missing FAQ blocks for AI Overviews, and missing llms.txt.
Run the audit
- Open ElevaRank → SEO Audit.
- Press Scan the whole site. The scan runs in the background — you can keep working.
- When it finishes, issues are grouped by type ("open" / suggested), with the affected post or page named.
Review & fix with AI
Each issue has a Fix with AI button. ElevaRank prepares the change and shows it to you — the page never updates until you press Apply. Approve one by one, or dismiss anything you'd rather handle yourself.
Autonomous mode
Turn on autonomous mode in the audit settings to apply only the safe fixes automatically — meta tags, alt text and headings. Anything that changes content stays manual, so your page text is never rewritten without your say-so.
SEO health score
The dashboard shows your site's overall SEO health score. Run the audit, apply fixes, and watch it climb. It's the fastest way to show progress — for yourself, or a client.
Per-post analysis

I'm having issues

Does the audit use my AI credits?
The scan itself is free and uses no AI. Only "Fix with AI" actions use your key or ElevaRank credits to generate a suggested fix.
Will the audit change anything without asking?
No. Every AI fix is shown to you first and applied only when you approve — except the optional autonomous mode, which changes only safe items like meta tags, alt text and headings.
