These terms govern your use of ElevaRank's optional hosted credits service at elevarank.com. By purchasing or using credits, you agree to them.
The service
ElevaRank credits let you use the AI features of the ElevaRank WordPress plugin without your own Anthropic API key. When you trigger an AI action, your request is forwarded to Anthropic using our API key and credits are deducted from your balance based on actual token usage.
Credits & payment
- Credits are prepaid and consumed per request based on the AI model and token usage.
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Credits are for use with the ElevaRank plugin and have no cash value.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and to comply with Anthropic's usage policies. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. AI output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it (the plugin holds AI changes for your approval by design).
Refunds
Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion. Contact hello@elevarank.com with any billing questions.
